PSYCHIATRIC CARE IN FLORIDA, ALABAMA & IDAHO
Mental healthcare with connection and collaboration.
Have you been considering medications but not sure if this is the route for you? Do you have questions about what may be the best medication option for you?
Together, we can explore those questions and so much more.
I focus on working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stressors or life changes who want a collaborative approach to their mental healthcare. Together, we can create a welcoming and supportive relationship so that you can take an active role in your wellness.
Online appointments via two-way video create an environment that is flexible so you can begin your journey to happiness and healing without the stress of coming in to an office.
I believe in practicing psychiatry through a lens of progression.
As a military spouse, our family moves every few years and with moving comes challenges of adapting to what seems like constant change. Life is full of change and sometimes adjusting is difficult.
I understand, and I can help.
I’ve practiced outpatient psychiatry as a PA (Physician Assistant/Associate) since 2014. I’ve had the distinct privilege to work with and learn from many different psychiatrists over the years. From this wide experience, I’ve developed my own treatment style - what I like to call “low and slow”.
We’ll take our time to ensure the trust and comfort…in me, in the medication, and in the process. This allows you time to adjust to medication changes and provide feedback as you progress in your treatment journey.

What it’s like to work with me
-
Collaboration is key
The journey to your health and happiness is a two lane road. I enjoy collaborating with patients and discussing options that will work best for them. Not every treatment plan will work for everyone. Together we can create a plan that will work for you.
-
Attention to detail
Over the years I have had patients tell me they have never had a provider who listened to them and paid attention to the details as well as I have. Being attentive to details and an active listener can make all the difference in the success of your treatment plan.
-
Medication + relationship
Medication management of various psychiatric disorders is my area of expertise, but I also believe that having someone to trust and talk to is sometimes just as important as the medication.
-
Everyone is welcome
I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive space where all individuals can feel respected, understood, and supported on their mental health journey.
